What data this site collects, why, and what it does not do with it.

Summary

This site is a static documentation site with a small amount of analytics and advertising. It does not run accounts, logins, payments or a database of users. This policy explains what is collected, who is involved, and how to opt out.

Who we are

The MiniMax M3.1 Flash Guide is an independent, third-party publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by MiniMax, and the name is used only to describe the model the site documents. See the about page.

Advertising and third-party ad partners

This site carries advertising. Two networks may be involved, depending on which ad units are enabled for a given page:

  • Adsterra (AD MARKET LIMITED, Cyprus) — the site’s primary ad partner. It serves display units and a social bar, and may open an advertising page in a new browser tab when you interact with the page.
  • Google AdSense (Google Ireland Limited for EEA/UK/Switzerland traffic) — Google acts as a third-party vendor and selects ads from your region and your prior activity on this and other sites.

What ad partners may use. When an ad is served, these networks and their partners may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, web beacons (also called pixels or clear GIFs) and similar technologies to:

  • serve and select ads that are relevant to you;
  • cap the number of times the same ad is shown to you;
  • measure whether an ad was shown and whether you interacted with it;
  • detect and prevent ad fraud and invalid clicks.

Personalised advertising and how to opt out. Where you have given consent, ads may be selected using your prior activity on this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising on Google’s sites at Google Ads Settings, and opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info. You can also opt out in your browser or device settings, and Adsterra’s own privacy notice is at adsterra.com/privacy-policy.

How Google uses your data. Google’s own explanation of the data involved in advertising is here:

A full list of the advertising vendors Google works with, and how each one handles data, is published in the Google AdSense third-party vendor list. The ads.txt file at minimax-m31flash.org/ads.txt declares the sellers authorised to serve ads on this domain.

Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, personalised advertising is served through a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) that asks for your consent before personalised advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time through the privacy options in the footer of each page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the site’s core content.

Analytics

Aggregate page-view measurement is used to learn which pages are useful. Analytics runs only after consent has been given in the regions where consent is required, and IP addresses are anonymised before they reach the analytics provider.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not build advertising profiles from the content you read.
  • We do not run a mailing list, and we do not add your address to one.
  • We do not require an account to read anything on this site.

Third-party services

  • Hosting. Pages are served as static files. The host processes requests and keeps security logs.
  • Analytics. Aggregate page-view measurement. If a cookieless or consent-based analytics provider is used, that provider’s own policy governs its data.
  • Advertising. Adsterra and Google AdSense, as described above, are the advertising providers on this site.
  • Outbound links. The guide links to MiniMax, Artificial Analysis, Ollama, OpenRouter, GitHub and Hacker News. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and following a link takes you outside our control.

Data retention

Request logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. Emails are kept while the correspondence is relevant and then deleted. Analytics and advertising data are retained under Google’s own retention rules, which are described in the links above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent at any time. Under the GDPR you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected] and we will deal with the request. Requests about data held by Google should be directed to Google through its own data privacy page. See the contact page.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.

Cookies

This site may set cookies or similar technologies through analytics and advertising providers. Browser settings can block or delete them; blocking them does not affect the site’s core content, and in consent-required regions blocking them simply means no personalised advertising is served.

Changes

If the data practices on this site change materially, this page is updated and the reviewed date moves. The sources policy explains how we record changes.
